Make a Wish - Cupcake Birthday

This card is very easy to make. The hardest part is deciding which color to make the frosting. Doesn't it look real??

I wanted to use a patterned paper that I already owned, so I skimmed through my Petal Garden Designer Paper pack and chose one that looked birthday-like. There is actually a lot of choices in that pack that can be used for a birthday card. 

Once I had decided which paper I would used helped me to make the decision to use Rich Razzleberry as the base color for the card. I finished off the frosting with a bit of Wink of Stella to add some sparkle. I think you can see the sparkle in this photo...
