Bright and Beautiful Birthday

My favorite kind of birthday card is one that is gender neutral. It always seems like a card is easier to make for a woman than it is for a man. This card takes care of both! This card can also be a good way to use up some of those scraps you have lying around (you know who you are!)

I'm using the Sunshine & Rainbows Stamp Set Bundle with the birthday sentiment. This set can also be used for sending hope or for someone who is under the weather. 

I cut a circle from the largest die of the Layering Circles Framelits, then cut it in half and used it as the base for the rainbow. It helped to line up the rainbow pieces. I chose to finish it off by adding a sun in the corner, some Gold Metallic Thread and a few enamel dots.
