Sharing in your Sorrow

In my opinion, there's something about Elegant Eggplant that makes a really nice Sympathy Card. I think it's my favorite purple color that Stampin' Up! offers.

This card came out better than I thought it would. It took a lot of trial and error to get it right. If you find yourself stuck with an idea in your head that you can't figure out how to get it on the paper, just keep trying. Walk away and come back and look at it from a different angle. There's no rush to get it right in 30 minutes.

I love the Awesomely Artistic stamp set and I used the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set for the sentiment. You can use the Awesomely Artistic stamp set for and type of card, but I wanted to try it out for a sympathy card, and I'm glad I did. I really love how this card came out.
